At Early or Late, every collection begins with an artist. We collaborate with independent creatives whose work deserves to be experienced beyond the gallery wall.
Rather than following trends, we seek artists with distinctive voices, original perspectives and stories worth sharing. Each collaboration transforms an original artwork into a strictly limited edition of just 50 individually numbered garments.

Why these two artists?
Early or Late isn't defined by a single artistic style. It's defined by artists with something meaningful to say.
Our first collaborations set the tone for everything that follows. While Conor explores the inner landscape of identity, neurodiversity and mental health, Michelle draws inspiration from the outer world of travel, cultures and lived experience.
Together, they embody our vision of creating collectible wearable art that connects people not only with exceptional artwork, but also with the stories behind it.
