Every artwork is released as just fifty individually numbered garments. Once an edition is gone, it never returns.

The Founders
Early or Late was founded by Firat Celebi and Raul San Martin, two people shaped by different places, cultures and experiences, but connected by a shared belief in the power of art and meaningful collaboration.
Firat Celebi
Co-founder & Curator
Firat Celebi is co-founder and curator of Early or Late, a London-based wearable art brand that collaborates with independent artists to create limited-edition garments.
Holding a Master's degree in Psychology, Firat spent three years working in an inpatient mental health unit in North London, supporting people with complex mental health needs. The experience deepened his understanding of human behaviour, resilience and the importance of creating environments where people feel seen, supported and understood.
Alongside his work in psychology, Firat built a career as a personal trainer, combining his understanding of physical and mental wellbeing through a holistic approach to health.
Together with co-founder Raul San Martin, Firat curates the artists and original artworks featured by Early or Late, developing lasting collaborations with independent creatives and shaping each edition from the selection of the artwork through to the finished garment.
For Firat, Early or Late brings together art, craftsmanship and human connection. He believes that thoughtfully made objects can tell meaningful stories, celebrate independent artists and create a lasting connection between the people who make them and the people who wear them.
Raul San Martin
Co-founder & Curator
Born in Chile, Raul has spent much of his life between countries and cultures, an experience that has shaped his curiosity about people, places and different ways of seeing the world. His interest in art, design and craftsmanship developed alongside an international career in digital product development, where he spent more than a decade creating and shaping products for global organisations.
A significant period away from work while experiencing depression and anxiety marked a change in direction. It led Raul to reconsider his relationship with work and pace, and what he wanted to create. In that shift, creativity, collaboration and making things with intention took on a new significance.
At Early or Late, Raul is involved in the curation of artists and original artworks, building relationships with independent creatives and helping shape each edition from the first conversation through to the finished garment.
For Raul, Early or Late is a meeting point between art and everyday life. He believes a garment can become a canvas for an artist's work, carry the story of the people behind it and, ultimately, become something worth keeping.
Together, they curate every artist and artwork featured by the brand, working closely with independent artists to transform original works into limited-edition garments. Their aim is to create something that sits between art and clothing—thoughtful, personal and made to last.
Looking Ahead
This is only the beginning.
Each new edition will introduce a different artist, a different perspective and a new story to wear.
Our ambition is to build a platform where independent artists are celebrated, craftsmanship is valued and every collection leaves a lasting impression—not because it was made in large numbers, but because it was made with intention.
